The Exterior

Court View is traditionally constructed with ease of maintenance in mind.

The roof is finished with traditional slate tiles whilst the elevations enjoy face brick elevations and UPVC windows. Clean lines and high quality materials predominate throughout.

The landscaped grounds provide a beautiful setting with a view of the Central Pleasure Gardens. The block paved driveway leads to the secure underground parking area and surface visitor’s parking spaces are also provided. Outside lighting is also provided to all outside areas for added comfort and peace of mind.

An automatic passenger lift serves all floors (including the underground parking area).
The common areas are carpeted and an audio link to the main door serves the secure entry phone

The Interior

Each apartment enjoys outside space by way of a balcony or patio area and is served by the latest under floor heating and hot water systems. Concrete floors help maximise acoustic and thermal insulation to the latest standards.

Kitchens are by German manufacturer Leicht and feature Corian worktops as well as high quality integrated and stainless steel appliances such as oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/ freezer and washer/dryer.

The high-end specification is further enhanced with bathrooms and ensuites featuring fully tiled walls and sanitary ware by Villeroy and Boch. Fitted wardrobes with mirror doors from Mr Charles adorn the master and second bedrooms. Luxury floor coverings are also included with carpets in the principal living areas and resin floors in kitchens
and bathrooms.

All ceilings are plastered and set, benefiting from recessed down lights. All interior doors have pre-finished wood facings and stainless steel handles. Stainless steel electrical sockets and switches are also provided throughout.

Finally, television points are installed in each of the living rooms and bedrooms. Each apartment will also benefit from two telephone points and is connected to a communal satellite system (owners are responsible for individual subscription services).
